Nirupa is a kind, caring, and compassionate therapist. She has worked with individuals, couples, and families across a variety of issues. Nirupa has over 10 years of experience with clients who had to cope with a variety of issues. These include trauma, CPTSD, relationship issues, family conflicts, parenting, and general mental health and well being. Nirupa utilizes psychotherapy and tools such as CBT, DBT, EFT, IFS, EMDR, and more to support her clients. Nirupa is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and also holds a Masters in Social Work (MSW).
